Washington Mutual (WM) is leading financials higher this morning after announcing that it is close to completing a deal which will result in a $5 bln cash infusion. LifeCell (LIFC) is also profiting after agreeing to be purchased for an 18% premium over Friday`s closing price.

ScanSource (SCSC) shares have fallen significantly after the company reported earnings this morning. EV3 Inc. (EVVV) is also on the downside after announcing preliminary Q1 revenue.
